Textured with vintage French lace, this one-of-a-kind tripod vessel is hand-sculpted and -painted from slab using a matte white glaze and fine earthenware clay. It features a 22-karat yellow gold streak inspired by Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver or platinum. The technique's tenet is to treat imperfections as part of an object's rich history, meant to be celebrated rather than disguised. 5" diam. x 5 1/2"H. Hand-wash only.
