Most in-stock items are shipped to arrive within 7 business days. Items that ship directly from our vendors may result in longer delivery times. Most oversize items that ship directly from our vendors arrive within 4-6 weeks of placing your order.
We offer the following Express Delivery Services for an additional surcharge per address:
Orders placed for in-stock items by 2:00 pm PT are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT will ship the next business day.
Most items can be packaged in our signature gold-lidded gift box with hand-tied satin ribbon for $9.50; this service is complimentary for all jewelry orders. May not be available for oversize items or items shipped directly from our vendors.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
Expedited shipping service is available for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional charges will apply. International shipping as well as delivery to Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands are not available at this time.
FURNITURE AND OVERSIZE-ITEM DELIVERY
Most furniture and oversize items include delivery over the threshold of the home. White Glove Service is also provided for specific items, which includes unpacking, initial room placement and removal of packing materials. Please be sure to thoroughly inspect furniture before signing for delivery, report any concerns directly on the delivery form and contact Gump’s customer service at 1-866-612-2226. In-stock furniture items usually require 2-3 weeks for delivery.

At Gump’s, we value and appreciate every customer and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges). Jewelry must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, or returned within 30 days for an exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment; gift returns will receive a merchandise credit. Merchandise must be unused, in sale-able condition and in original vendor packaging. Special orders, perishable, personalized/monogrammed, seasonal and sale merchandise are not returnable. For returns requiring shipping, please contact Customer Care at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number and a shipping label.
