London-based Cece Fein Hughes' jewelry combines ancient enameling techniques with her own modern sensibilities, such as a passion for fairy tales and old-school tattoos. Each piece is forged from recycled 18-karat yellow gold; every hand-engraved design is handpainted, and then finished with gemstone accents.
